Shipping Policy

We want your order processed quickly, packed securely and delivered in the best condition possible.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on every order over $250, including all wholesale packs.
  • Flat rate $19.99 on orders under $250, to any US state or internationally.

Processing

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Saturday are processed the following Monday.
  • Orders go out by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL and usually arrive within 2–3 business days in the USA.

Quality check

Every order is inspected before it ships. If a product does not meet our standards and cannot ship in the expected time, we contact you straight away to sort it out.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive an email with its tracking number. Some carriers, USPS in particular, can be slow to update tracking. If yours has not moved, check with the carrier first, then email us at info@volumesshop.com and we will help make sure it arrives.
